Our good friend Frank Lopez made this nifty little video about this year's Car-Free Day. Around 1:49, there's an front-loading pedal/electic cargo trike. Does anyone have any contact info on this? Frank says that the bike was custom made by a shop in Surrey, and we're trying to track down more details.Here's the video:

The cargo trike belongs to the peeps at Rennaisance Bicycle Company. You can email them at info@ebike.ca or just google the company name. They're located on Main Street & 30th Avenue and are very friendly! The trike's a hoot to ride :)

Segue Fischlin had hers at the 2007 Car Free Day. See Momentum Magazine #30 for more info. I'm not certain it's the same trike as the one on Main St this year.
