NPR just did a story on cargo bikes which features one of the models I'm interested in. They're incredibly expensive, but I love the huge, lockable, weather proof cargo area.

I wish there was one in Vancouver we coud take for a test ride. We've heard concerns that three-wheelers might not be practical with our terrain and that they might be too finicky for the general public, but I'd just like to try one and see how it feels. This model also has an electric assist to help get heavy loads up steep hills.
